Co Kilkenny town reacts to Barrow Blueway permission refusal

Earlier this week we reported that permission had been refused for the Barrow Blueway.

An Bord Pleanála had announced that they had reversed decisions by Kildare & Laois county councils to grant permission for the Waterways Ireland development & uphold Carlow’s decision to refuse it.

There’s been mixed reaction & we’ve been hearing from various people on both sides of the divide on our programming & news.
