Kilkenny County Council have set aside €3m in finding for vacant and derelict buildings

At a recent meeting of Kilkenny County Council, the plan for the next five years was unvailed.

The council are looking at many properties that are dereict in rural towns and villages to add to their protfolio.

They want to see a real encouragement as well of government schemes out there that they would encourage and help with people that are trying to access funding and provide the relevant information.
