Fog impacting visibility in pockets of Carlow and Kilkenny

Extra care’s needed on local roads this morning.

Visibility’s poor in pockets of both Carlow and Kilkenny with fog and mist in parts.

Meanwhile, when it lifts it’s set to leave a dry day with spells of warm sunshine, some light outbreaks of rain may develop in the region by the afternoon and it’ll stay humid with highest temperatures of 21 to 24 degrees according to Met Éireann.
