Gardaí has expressed concern about the recent large increase in the number crashes on our roads.
A total of 125 people have died on Irish roads so far this year.

They include 48 drivers, 10 passengers, 26 pedestrians, 25 motorcyclists and 13 cyclists.
Divisional Roads Policing Inspector Paul Donohoe told KCLR News the data isnt good.
