Gardaí renew appeal to locate missing Waterford teen

Gardaí are renewing their appeal to the public in tracing the whereabouts of 13 year old Stefan Pulhos who was last seen at 10pm on Friday the 12th of September in Kilmeaden, Co. Waterford.

Stefan is 5 foot in height with a slim build, short black hair and brown eyes.
