A well-known figure of Kilkenny GAA has died.
Edward (Ned) Buggy lived at Friary Street in the city and was a staunch Dicksboro Club man.

He was a former secretary of the Northern Board and PRO of the County Board.
A quiet force, he died yesterday, Sunday (12th Oct), suddenly but peacefully at St Luke’s General Hospital, surrounded by his family.
