Christmas parking arrangements for Carlow town and Kilkenny city kick in from today

Christmas is fast approaching and in a bid to help out shoppers a little, special parking arrangements have been made for Carlow town and Kilkenny city.

Both take effect from today with free periods in designated areas at times with festivities set to start in both areas with Santa’s arrival later today.
