Deadline looming for Pan Celtic National Song Contest entries ahead of event in Carlow

The clock’s ticking for those wishing to enter the Pan Celtic National Song Contest.

The deadline is Monday (8th Dec) for composers, singers and writers to get in new pieces ‘as gaeilge’ to represent the country in the Celtic Nations answer to the Eurovision.

Winner will be announced at the event next January at Visual Carlow and will represent Ireland at the International event, also in Carlow, at Easter.
