Kilkenny County Council’s being praised for moving on a building that’s been vacant for some time.
Local authorities across the country are set to ramp up efforts to ensure that use is made of every available space.
One premises on Barrack Street in Castlecomer that once housed a well-known local butchers has lain idle for some time and now it seems it’s to be turned into a two-storey residential property with a two-bed and four one-bed offerings.
