Kilkenny city’s Labour Councillor’s been reacting to the refusal by An Coimisiún Pleanála for a hotel project.
Plans by Penny Pudding Limited to build a 67-bed facility on the corner of Pennyfeather Lane & Pudding Lane in the heart of the city had been granted permission by the county council but this was appealed by a number of local residents and businesses.
Yesterday we revealed how the planning authority has overturned the decision.
