Home and garden retailer Rathwood has topped the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) complaints list for the first half of year, with 737 reports.
There were issues earlier this year relating to delays in delivering orders, and issuing refunds for the business on the Carlow / Wicklow border.
Ryanair followed with 238, then Sky, Currys, and Harvey Norman.
There were over 22,700 complaints made to the consumer watchdog’s helpline, with faulty goods, second-hand cars, and home improvements being the main reasons for making a complaint.
