Netwatch Cullen Park in Carlow is again gearing up to host a star-studded line up for this years Hurling for Cancer Research charity match.
The game, which throws in at 7.30pm this evening and can be viewed on TG4 with reports on KCLR from Brendan Hennessy, has sixteen Kilkenny players including TJ Reid and brother/sister duo Tommy and Grace Walsh who will be on Jim Bolger’s Stars team.
Carlow hurlers Dion Wall, James Doyle, and Chris Nolan line out for Davy Russell’s Best.
They will share the field with cross-sport legends, including Dublin football hero Con O’Callaghan, former Mayo star Conor Mortimer, and ex-Ireland international Stephen Hunt, raising funds for the Irish Cancer Society. (More information and donation link here).
