The Savour Kilkenny Food Festival has officially launched its 20th-anniversary program at the Butler Gallery.
The annual event runs from the 22nd to the 26th of October and features over 100 market stalls on the Parade, celebrity chef demos, and unique dining events.
Highlights this year include a special “Shared Table” art-and-dining experience at the Butler Gallery, alongside a custom culinary art tour led by food designer Clare Anne O’Keefe.
Speaking at the launch, attendees told our reporter Aisling McDonald what they are most looking forward to.
“I think I’m looking forward to Delilah’s event. I’m going to The Devil Wears Prada. I really like the theme, and I’ve eaten there recently and I really am a fan of their menu and their aesthetics, so I’m really excited to go there.” said one punter.
“I’m looking forward to the Castle Park concert with Morning Glory. So, I think the setting will just be unreal, and there definitely needs to be more music played in the Castle Park, so it’s just fab.” said another lady.
