Caoimhe Corcoran & Diane Dalton Balplex Art Competition

Scoil Aireagail, Ballyhale have two students who have won a gold medal each in a recent Balplex Art Competition.  It is a wonderful achievement for both students as it was a worldwide competition. The 2 students chat to Brian about the competition and their achievements with their teacher. The competition took place in BALPEX in Baltimore, Maryland! Caoimhe Corcoran was awarded a Gold Medal with 87 points for her exhibit, “Man’s Quest to Study and Conquer Space”, and went on to win the APPE Young Exhibitor Grand Award. Aoibhe Murphy also received a Gold Medal with 87 points for her exhibit, “Christmas Festivities Throughout the World”, and won the BALPEX Stamp Show Young Exhibitor Grand Award
