Mental health awareness at work talk in Kilkenny later

Mental health at work will be the focus of a Talk being held this afternoon in Hotel Kilkenny.

Kilkenny Business Club is hosting the seminar which gets underway from 3.45 this afternoon.

Dr Harry Barry is one of three speakers who will talk about stress and mental health issues.

Glanbia’s HR Manager Niamh Hayden will speak about their company’s approach and Cork Hurler Conor Cusack will talk about his personal experience of depression.
