Local car sales increased in February compared to 2013

Car sales locally for February are up on last year.

Figures just released by the Society of the Irish Motor Industry show that 249 cars were sold in Kilkenny last month compared to 187 the previous year.

In Carlow the number is up from 126 to 162 for February – a rise of 28.5 percent.
