A full report on St Catherine’s Halting site in Kilkenny is being launched today by the Chief Executive of Barnardos Fergus Finlay.

Former HSE manager Peter Kieran was commissioned by the board of the Father McGrath Family resource centre to investigate whether children’s human rights were being breached because of their living conditions.
The study which took place over three months found children there are living in overcrowded & unacceptable conditions.
