Fine Gael Deputy Pat Deering says he wont be calling for the Justice Minister to resign.
He says Alan Shatter has introduced more reform than any other Minister for Justice in the past 20 years.

There have been calls again this morning for Minister Shatter and the Garda Commissioner to go ahead of the publication today of a Garda Inspectorate report on the penalty points system.
But Deputy Deering told Sue Nunn earlier he doesn’t agree that the Minister should resign.
