Locals who bought tickets to see Garth Brooks on Monday and Tuesday the 28th and 29th of July have been left in limbo this afternoon as the concerts have been cancelled.
Its been confirmed now that permission has only been granted for 3 of the 5 gigs scheduled to take place at GAA headquarters later this month.

The GAA has confirmed that the Friday, Saturday and Sunday concerts were given permission but the Monday and Tuesday gigs have been refused.
A formal announcement is due shortly. Local ticket agents have say they dont know anything yet.

South Kilkenny fan Bridget told KCLR news she has a ticket for the Tuesday concert and hopes she will still get to see him.
