Anti-CAS campaigners in Kilkenny are hopeful that new Minister of Environment will support their cause

Anti-CAS campaigners in Kilkenny are hopeful this morning that Phil Hogan’s move to Europe could help their cause.

The former Minister for the Environment was a supporter of the central Access Scheme.

But Green Party  says the incoming Minister – Labour Deputy leader Alan Kelly – might be more sympathetic to their cause.
