Kilkenny mother to meet Environment & Transport Ministers in coming weeks over road safety measures in housing estates

A Kilkenny mother campaigning for reduced speed limits in housing estate has a busy few weeks ahead meeting with the relevant Ministers.

Roseann Brennans 6 year old son Jake died after being hit by a car in Lintown Grove in June.

She met last week with the Taoiseach who promised to look into the situation at her own estate where speed ramps in the original plans were never delivered.

Roseann has now lined up meetings with the Transport and Environment Ministers in August and is hoping that Enda Kenny will also attend.
