Brian Cody nominated for Ice Bucket Challenge

Brian Cody has been given 24 hours to pour a bucket of icy water over his head.

Former Kilkenny forward Charlie Carter was the man to nominate the current Cats hurling boss as part of the Ice Bucket challenge.

The challenge has become a social media phenomenon as a method of raising money to combat Motor Neuron Disease.

Along with Cody, a number of other prominent local figures were called upon to take the challenge.
