Kilkenny in running for third IBAL title in a row

Kilkenny has won the title for the past 2 years and remains in contention for a hat-trick but faces stiff competition from last years runner up Cavan as well as Tramore and Longford.

Carlow is described as clean to European norms and finished 2014 in 31st position.
