The Gospel Choir Festival draws to a close in Kilkenny City today.

The 4th annual Kilkenny International Gospel Choir Festival began on Friday evening and continues this morning.
Headlining this year’s event was accomplished musician and musical director, Marcanthony Henry.

The highlight of this year’s festival took place in the Black Abbey last night with a celebration concert performed by some of the world’s top gospel choirs.
The weekend of workshops comes to an end this afternoon, with a 12 noon special festival mass in St Fiacre’s Church followed by a gospel singing tour of Kilkenny city.
