Kilkenny councillor calling for meetings to be live-streamed

A Kilkenny County Councillor is looking to have council meetings streamed live over the internet.

Renua’s Patrick McKee will bring the motion before his council-colleagues at their monthly meeting tomorrow.

Mr McKee says a lot of councils have already rolled out the streaming service.

And he told KCLR it’s something that should be available to locals.
