Final preparations are being put in place ahead of a literary festival in Carlow this weekend.
The annual Pen Fest kicks off tomorrow and runs until Sunday evening.

Aspiring and established writers will be in the town all weekend.
Local poet and teacher, Simon Lewis will officially open the event on Friday evening.
