Latvian man left St Lukes ED on morning he went missing in Kilkenny

Gardai trying to trace the whereabouts of a missing Latvian man say the 46 year old was last seen in Kilkenny on November the 1st.

Valerijs Zimecs left St Lukes Hospitals emergency department early that morning and the last known sighting of him was at Talbot Court across the road from the hospital.

Valerijs, who had been living in Carlow, is described as 6 foot tall, of stocky build, with black hair and was wearing blue jeans and a grey sweatshirt when last seen.

Sergeant Richie Thornton told KCLR news they are very concerned for his welfare.
