Kilkenny mother left terrified in violent attack on her home

A Kilkenny woman was left terrified in her home after what’s been described as a sustained and violent attack at the weekend.

Caller Richard claimed his 69 year old mother was threatened during the incident on Sunday evening in Hebron park after a man allegedly attacked her home.

Speaking to KCLR Live this morning he described how the man kicked down the front and side gates and the door before damaging vehicles with an iron bar.

Gardai were called to the incident.
