48 thousand for Carlow project under next phase of funding for Ancient East initiative

One local project is set to benefit from the latest phase of funding for Irelands Ancient East tourism initiative.

1 million euro has been announced today for projects throughout the region and Blackstairs Eco Trails has been included.

They’re set to get a grant of more than 48 thousand euro for their Celtic Tree Experience.

200 thousand was promised for Dunleckney maltings earlier this year.
