€300 in coins stolen during break-in of Bagenalstown shop

Gardaí in Bagenalstown are appealing for witnesses after a burglary in the early hours of this morning.

The Little Shop was broken into sometime between 1 and 3 am and 300 euro in coins was stolen.

Gardaí say they’re still trying to establish how the culprit broke in and the scene is being examined this morning.

From grainy CCTV footage it’s believed that just one person may have been involved but anyone with any information is asked to contact their local Garda station.
