Witnesses to a Kilkenny city robbery and alledged assault are being asked to come forward.
It happened on Sunday evening at around 7 o’clock during which a young man claims he was approached by two others as he walked along Bateman Quay.

One of the individuals a female attempted to take the young mans bag, the second man dragged the youth to the ground and kicked a number of times before both left with the injured youths bag
