Arts funding being made available for groups in Carlow & Kilkenny

Groups in Carlow and Kilkenny are being encouraged to apply for funding under the arts and Culture capital scheme 2016.

Applications are now being taken from arts and cultural groups nationwide for a share of the money.

Minister for Arts, Heritage and the Gaeltach Heather Humphreys announced the funding yesterday.

And groups in Carlow and Kilkenny have the chance to receive up to €300,000 in steam 1 – which is open for applications until the 16th of September.
