The death has taken place of Laurence Forristal,

Bishop Emeritus of Ossory and former Auxiliary Bishop of Dublin

He died on Wednesday 10th October, peacefully, at St. Luke’s Hospital

Reposing at the Chapel at St. Columba’s Hospital, Thomastown, from 2 o’clock on Friday (12th October) followed by removal to St. Mary’s Cathedral, Kilkenny, arriving at 7 o’clock

Con-celebrated requiem mass at 12 noon on Saturday (13th October) followed by burial in the Cathedral grounds
