KCLR news understands that the body of a Windgap man has been exhumed from a burial ground in Co Cavan today.
It’s believed Alan Hawes remains have now been removed from the plot where he had been buried with his wife Clodagh and their 3 sons who were found dead last August at their home in Ballyjamesduff.

Gardai have confirmed to KCLR news today that they did attend the exhumation of a body from a grave in Castlerahan in Co Cavan this morning.
It’s understood his remains have been taken to Glasnevin for cremation and will be brought home to his family in Kilkenny.
