British citizens living in Carlow and Kilkenny urged to register to vote in Brexit referendum

British people living in Carlow and Kilkenny are being urged to register so that they can vote in the upcoming Brexit referendum.
The referendum which takes place on June 23rd will decide whether Britain stays in the EU or not.
Carlow has an estimated 2, 500 British residents while Kilkenny has slightly 5,000.
