From day one we have aimed to provide Kilkenny with a butcher shop that honours traditional craft, sources high-quality meats, and presents them in a way that respects our customers and our craft. This recognition is a tribute to our dedicated team and loyal customers.”
The Irish Butchers’ Guild added; “Grogan & Brown Artisan Butchers exemplifies what we set out to reward – a combination of butchery craftsmanship, retail professionalism, and customer-focused presentation. Their shop sets a high benchmark for artisan butchers nationwide.”

And Murphy’s Craft Butchers in Tullow, County Carlow were named Category Champions for Excellence in Retail Meat Display.
