Carlow Historical and Archaeological society will launch a book on Wednesday evening to commemorate 1916.
Carloviana 2016 will be launched at a function in the Seven Oaks Hotel at 8.00 pm.

With thirty two articles from twenty seven contributors, the book is almost two hundred pages many aspects of the county’s past history are dealt with.
Jim Shannon is editor of the publication, he told KCLR about some of the articles included.
