Carlow man describes trying cannabis oil to deal with rare form of cancer

A Carlow man has described how he tried cannabis oil to deal with a rare form of cancer.

John is in favour of the legalisation of cannabis oil for medicinal reasons.

He suffers from myelofibrosis and did not want to undergo a bone marrow transplant so opted to try cannabis oil.

John says there is too much misinformation online and people need to be fully informed of their treatment options.

While he says cannabis oil didn’t work for him, he reaped some benefits after trying it for three months last year.
