Carlow will host the penultimate leg of the national Cycle against Suicide this Friday, May 5th.
Hundreds of cyclist from across the country take part in the annual event each year to raise awareness of the support and services available to those battling depression, self harm and those at risk or bereaved by suicide.
Carlow Regional Youth services are just one of many groups taking part in this years event.
JJ Grace from Carlow Regional Youth Services said the main reason they get involved in the cycle is to highlight the importance of talking about suicide.
