Carlow senior hurlers in Walsh cup action on Sunday

The Carlow senior hurlers make their seasonal debut in the Walsh cup this weekend as they face UCD in Dr Cullen park.

The students are likely to feature Kilkenny seniors Cillian Buckley, Walter Walsh and John Power in their starting 15

UCD manager Tom O’Mahony has been impressed with the progress of Carlow hurling over the past year.
