Carlow woman claims “Boy Racers” keeping elderly people awake at all hours

A carlow woman is claiming that she and her neighbours are been held to ransom by “Boy Racers”

Gemma Flood says that the group have been congregating in the Woodies Car Park in Carlow for the past six months, causing a ruckus and producing a lot of noise with their vehicles.

She says its causing great distress to elderly people living in estates near the car park and claims they are terrified to go to bed as a result
