Childline is reminding young people across Carlow and Kilkenny taking their exams, that help is available.
Hundreds of teenagers across the two counties will sit their Junior and Leaving Cert exams next week.
The ISPCC is advising local students to contact childline if they feel stressed, especially around exam time.
The helpline is available 24 hours a day and provides free, confidential support on 1800 66 66 66.
