A court date is due for a motorist whose vehicle was stopped in Kilkenny city.
It was halted at a mandatory intoxicant testing checkpoint by Gardaí who noticed there was no up-to-date insurance, NCT or tax displayed.The car was impounded and its driver’s expected to be called before a judge.
