David Mullins picks up first win as pro jockey

18 year old Goresbridge jockey David Mullins picked up his first win as a professional yesterday.

He was on board Fosters Cross, trained by his father Tom Mullins, which won the 1.20 at Thurles.

Willie Mullins also trained two winners at the Tipperary track yesterday- Lyrical Theatre (2/7fav) won the 1.50, while Pylonthepressure (2/5fav) won the 3.20.

Both winners were ridden by Willie’s son Patrick Mullins.
