A woman was robbed at an ATM on High Street in Kilkenny yesterday.
The incident happened as the woman was using the bank machine at the Permanent TSB at about 5pm.
She was accosted by a lone man who escaped after a struggle – the thief ran off in the direction of the Tholsel.
Local Gardai are appealing for anyone who may have seen the robbery anything suspicious between 4:30 and 5pm and to ring them 056-777-5000
