€22,000 has been raised in the Kilkenny Lions Christmas Appeal radio auctions.

More than 220 lots have been sold on various programmes over the past week with a fire sale winding down things earlier today on KCLR with the Kilkenny People newspaper.

Club Treasurer Eddie Holohan says they had great support again;
