No Selfies At The Cannes Film Festival?
The line up for the Cannes Film Festival has been announced – but it won’t feature any ‘selfies’.
Pixar’s Inside Out and the Tom Hardy’s Mad Max reboot are the big screen highlights, but stars on the red carpet won’t be allowed to snap themselves at the festival.
Its director says the trend is ‘ridiculous and grotesque’ – adding ‘you never look as ugly as you do in a selfie’.
Beauty And The Beast – Behind The Scenes

Sir Ian McKellen has tweeted a behind-the-scenes account of the first read-through for the live action Beauty and the Beast reboot.
The actor – who is playing Cogsworth – says the reading ‘was spectacular’ featuring live musicians and a 30-person choir.
The film stars Emma Watson as Belle and Dan Stevens as The Beast.
Life After TOWIE

ITV are hoping to follow up the success of TOWIE with ‘Life on Marbs’.
The series – which airs this summer on ITVBe – is tipped to ‘follow the glamorous lives of Marbella’s most famous residents’.
It’s thought there will be a crossover with TOWIE – with many of the stars often travelling to the Spanish town in the summer.
Flash Gordon Returning To The Big Screen?

Kingsman director Matthew Vaughan is in talks to direct a new Flash Gordon movie.
The film has been written by the team behind Star Trek 3.
First seen in 1934, it sees Flash on the planet Mongo fighting its tyrannical ruler Ming the Merciless.
Batman v Superman teaser due next week
Batman v Superman director Zack Snyder has got film fans very excited – by tweeting news about the new movie.
A teaser trailer for the film – lasting just 22 seconds – will be released on Monday.
Dawn of Justice will be released next summer – with a full trailer expected in the next couple of months.
