Five year plan for Kells in Kilkenny aims to “Breathe new life and shape the future of our village”

“This is the most important meeting or consultation that we ever had in Kells”.

So says the Chairman of the Kells five-year planning group as they prepare for a public gathering tonight from 9:15pm in the Community Hall.

They’ll present proposals on the potential development of much-needed facilities and provide a forum for people to have their voices heard. The presentation too will include the vision of purchasing a three-acre plot.
