Former nursing home in Kilkenny is to be sold by appointed receiver

Five nursing homes previously owned and operated by Aperee Living are being sold for in excess of €9 million euro.

The Irish Exhaminer is reporting that the facilities which includes one in Callan is been sold on behalf of a receiver with proceeds to flow back to investors.

HSE concerns and HIQA findings led to the closure of three of Aperee’s ten homes, with the Callan facility closing its doors in earlier this year.

The portfolio’s are been sold via agents Cohalan Downing.
