Thirty minutes free parking in Carlow town is here to stay.
It was introduced on a trial basis 4 months ago on Tullow Street, Dublin Street, Kennedy Avenue, Potato Market and Castle Street but was due to finish up at the end of January.
However, following a review the council have decided to keep the initiative going.
